Once dispatched, standard international delivery is estimated at 12–15 business days, making the combined processing and transportation estimate approximately 13–18 business days under normal circumstances.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, and destination-specific conditions may affect arrival times.

Shipping destinations and applicable delivery charges are determined by the options available during checkout.

For standard change-of-mind returns, garments must generally be unworn except for reasonable indoor fitting, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Original tags, labels, packaging, and included accessories should be retained.

Customers may try on clothing indoors to assess size and fit. However, garments showing signs of extended wear, washing, alterations, stains, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

If a customer wishes to return jeans because the selected size or fit is unsuitable, the request will be handled according to the standard return conditions.

If Nixvago supplies an incorrect size, color, or product, or if a garment arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact our support team for an appropriate resolution.

For approved refunds, processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval, with additional posting time depending on the payment provider.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, customers are encouraged to report the issue within 7 days of delivery to support timely investigation. This suggested period does not restrict applicable statutory rights.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment or dispatch.
